Rental Rates

July and Aug. $1000 week Rental week goes from Saturday to the following Saturday

June and Sept. $700 week Depending on availability

October to April $500 week Minimum 2 week rental

Rental rates based on a maximum of 6 persons including children. An additional charge of $50.00 / person / week will apply for additional guests. A $500.00 cleaning / damage / key deposit is required in cash, certified cheque or money order to confirm rental. Guests are responsible for personal linens ( towels, sheets, pillowcases ) Balance of rental fees are due on day of possession of cottage ( no exceptions ) unless other payment arrangements have been made (cash, certified cheque or money order) Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets - unless previous arrangements have been made * Deposit will be returned upon a satisfactory inspection of premises usually within a 2 week period.
